Employee Development:

QIRO Group's Company-Wide Travel Benefit.

At QIRO Group, we recognize that our employees are the cornerstone of our success. To promote employee development and enhance team cohesion, we offer a special benefit—company-wide travel. This is not just an opportunity to relax and unwind but also a valuable occasion to foster teamwork and communication.

As Tanzania’s leading manufacturer of small fiberglass boats, our product range covers fishing boats, speedboats, ambulance boats, patrol boats, and small cruise vessels. With the growing demand for fishing boats across Africa, our employees are constantly facing new challenges. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on employee well-being, providing an annual company trip to help our team relax and strengthen their collaborative spirit outside of work.

During this trip, employees will have the chance to experience the natural beauty of Tanzania and its surrounding regions, while also deepening their understanding of the local market needs. We believe that through this approach, we can not only boost employee morale but also lay a solid foundation for the company’s further development.

We are well aware that the African fishing boat market is rapidly expanding, particularly in coastal countries such as Tanzania, Kenya, and Mozambique, where the demand for fishing boats is on the rise. Through the collective efforts of our employees, QIRO Group will continue to lead this market by providing high-quality fishing boat products.

In the future, QIRO Group will remain committed to employee development and welfare, continuously enhancing employee satisfaction and cohesion to drive sustained business growth. We believe that happy employees create the best products, bringing the greatest value to both the company and our clients.

Employee Care:
QIRO Group's Festival Gifts and Cash Rewards for Outstanding Employees.

At QIRO Group, we not only focus on our employees’ professional development but also care about their quality of life and well-being. To show our appreciation for their hard work throughout the year, we prepare thoughtful festival gifts for every employee during important Tanzanian holidays. In addition, to further motivate our staff, we offer generous cash rewards to those who excel in their roles.

As a company dedicated to providing high-quality small fiberglass boats to the African market, QIRO Group understands that employee satisfaction is closely tied to the overall success of the company. In Tanzania, festivals are not just a time for family gatherings but also a season of celebration and sharing. The carefully selected gifts are meant to make our employees feel valued and appreciated during these festive times.

Moreover, the company has established a cash reward program for outstanding employees, recognizing those who have shown exceptional performance and made significant contributions to the company. Whether on the production line or in management roles, every employee at QIRO Group has the opportunity to earn recognition and rewards through their hard work. This incentive system not only boosts employee morale but also contributes to the long-term growth of the company.

Internally, we advocate a people-oriented management philosophy. Through festival gifts and cash rewards, we hope our employees feel the warmth of the company and are motivated to contribute their talents and energy to our collective success. As the demand for fishing boats continues to grow in Tanzania and across Africa, QIRO Group will continue to work hand in hand with our employees to seize future opportunities and face challenges together.

Eid Celebration Benefit:
QIRO Group's Special Beef Distribution for Employees in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

At QIRO Group, we deeply value the cultural traditions of our employees and are committed to celebrating important holidays with them. During Eid al-Fitr, which typically falls on the 1st of Shawwal in the Islamic calendar (corresponding to April or May in the Gregorian calendar), the company makes special arrangements to purchase cattle and conduct a slaughter at our facilities. The fresh beef is then distributed to all employees. This benefit not only shows our care for our staff but also strengthens team cohesion and a sense of belonging.

Eid al-Fitr in Tanzania and across Africa is a joyful festival of sharing, marking the end of Ramadan. During this special time, we want to ensure that our employees and their families can enjoy high-quality beef, making the holiday even more memorable. QIRO Group’s carefully planned beef distribution is not just a recognition of our employees’ hard work but also a way for the company to celebrate Eid together with them.

As a company rooted in Tanzania and Zanzibar, QIRO Group consistently upholds values of employee care and cultural respect. Whether it’s the Eid beef benefit or special gifts for other holidays, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and caring work environment for all our staff.

Looking ahead, QIRO Group will continue to focus on the needs of our employees during important holidays, enhancing their satisfaction and well-being through diverse welfare activities. We believe that through these efforts, the company will not only continue to grow steadily in Zanzibar and the Tanzanian market but also strengthen its position in the rapidly expanding African market.

Educational Factory Tour: QIRO Group Hosts Zanzibar School Students to Learn About Boat Manufacturing.

Recently, QIRO Group’s factory in Zanzibar welcomed a group of local school students for a special educational tour. The event aimed to provide the students with an in-depth understanding of the boat manufacturing process, from design to production and final water testing, helping to broaden their horizons and spark interest in engineering and technology fields.

During the visit, the students observed the various stages of manufacturing small fiberglass boats up close, guided by our professional technicians. Through detailed explanations and hands-on observation, the students learned about the entire process, including raw material selection, mold creation, fiberglass molding, hull assembly, and final quality inspection. They showed great interest in these complex processes and engaged actively with our technicians through questions and discussions.

Additionally, we showcased our efforts in innovation and environmental protection, particularly how we minimize environmental impact during production. This factory tour not only gave the students an initial understanding of boat manufacturing but also strengthened their confidence in pursuing careers in manufacturing and engineering fields.

As a leading boat manufacturer in Zanzibar and Tanzania, QIRO Group is committed to building strong connections with the local community and supporting local education through such activities. We believe that through this interaction, we can inspire the next generation’s interest in technology and manufacturing while helping to develop future talents for the African boat manufacturing industry.

Looking ahead, QIRO Group will continue to host similar events, providing local students with more learning and practical opportunities to better understand modern manufacturing technologies and challenges. We also look forward to injecting new vitality and innovative spirit into the boat manufacturing industry in Tanzania and across Africa.
